Of Xinxing entire production 1.2 million tonnes of Ductile Iron pipe is shipped annually with the ability to manufacture to quality standards with the latest technology and the newest generation equipment.

 

ACMC can supply clients with large volumes of large diameter pipes and fittings in short timeframes due to our production partners facility's capacity and availability of 'off the shelf' products.

Our manufacturing partner occupies 50% of the market share in China with 1.2 million tonnes of ductile iron pipe exported to 71 countries and regions worldwide.

We can also work with your project teams to develop customised solutions to match changing project requirements such as unforeseen ground conditions or alternative pipeline alignments.

Our manufacturing facility, Xinxing, has 5 factories for manufacturing pipes and 3 fittings plants. ACMC's Chairman has part-ownership of one of the larger Xinxing factories. The locations and major production activities for the pipe manufacturing plants are as follows:

1.      Hebei Xinxing at Wuan, Hebei - production of DN 300 – DN 1000

2.      The Second Pipes Section at Wuan, Hebei - production of DN 80 – DN 300

3.      Shijiazhuang Xinxing at Shijiazhuang, Hebei – production of DN 1000 – DN 1600

4.      The Third Pipes Section at Wuan, Hebei – production of DN 1400 – DN 3000

5.      Wuhu Xinxing at Wuhu, Anhui – production of DN 100 – DN 1600

Raw Materials

The quality checks on the primary nine raw materials used in the Ductile Iron process includes spectrographic analysis of the raw materials and the molten iron. The checks place a significant importance of qualifying the raw materials prior to the molten iron passing onto the centrifugal casting stage of the process. The spheroidising of the molten iron in addition to the chemical composition is carefully checked. The process of traceability to the pipe or fitting is commenced at this time. All inspections are independantly endorsed by Third Party Inspections.

• 1,886 production technicians
• 10,568 production workers

 

Industry awards and commendations for the development of new pipe types and fittings have been won by our manufacturing partner, including the 2005 award for 'Strongest Innovator of Technology in the field of Ductile Iron Pipe and Fittings' in China.

Innovations in management are the basis for Xinxing's company development.

To highlight this vision, national-level first and second prizes in Management Innovation have also been awarded highlighting capacity and technological expertise amongst the highest in the world.
